BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

·
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Skilled in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, React, TypeScript), open-source technologies and frameworks.
· Ability to rapidly prototype and adjust in response to customer feedback
· Solid coding practices including peer code reviews, unit testing, and a preference for agile development
· Experience in back end technologies microservices (Java)
· Proven ability to work in a fast paced, agile and in an ownership and results oriented culture.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience building scalable and distributed applications
· Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
· Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and articulate technical challenges and solutions to complex problems
· Practical experience with software engineering best-practices
· Experience working with Microservices(Java), NoSQL systems and Cloud/AWS technologies
· Excellent interpersonal communication with strong verbal / written English skills
· Proficiency with at least one of these scripting languages: Perl / Python / Ruby / shell script
