Associate Software Engineer Trainee

THIS is looking for a bright, fresh mind who can think outside the box to solve business problems with IT skills. Students that are chosen by THBS will receive a six-month comprehensive training on various IT technologies, tools, and languages, after which they will be placed in projects depending on the training outcomes. Based on the training assessment, they will be assigned to any stream such as development, testing, or support.

Location: Bangalore

Min/Max Experience: Min/Max Experience*

Qualification: 2021 Passout- through out 55% and above with no standing backlog

Salary/Stipend - Fixed - 3.5Lacs per annum

Variable Pay: Upto INR 50,000 per annum based on company and individual performance.
(This is applicable post training period).

Candidate Profile

Good verbal and written communication skills
Coding skills in any language
A positive learning approach
Passout rate of 55% throughout the board
