Support Engineer CGI Inc.

CGI is hiring for the position of Support Engineer.

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

    Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

    Participate in requirements analysis

    Collaborate with internal teams to support the applications

    Test and deploy applications

    Oversee service improvement on existing software

    Fulfill customer-specific SLA’s and OLA’s

Requirements:

    GIT

    Linux

    Kubernetes

    Ansible

    Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server 2014/16

    Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic, .NET) and HTML5/ CSS3
