Analyst Programmer at Wipro Technologies

 Wipro is hiring for the position of Analyst Programmer!

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Use advanced debugging skills to resolve advanced programming errors, system defects, and system errors
  • Perform test planning for simple to medium difficulty projects 
  • Perform unit/ integration test
  • Own program/ code 
  • Perform system analysis for low to medium difficulty projects
  • Understand data flows, data processing, and common data stores 
  • Review analysis documentation updates made by the team and evaluates the results of configuration and test execution 

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / B.E (IT, CSE, ECE), BCA + MCA only
  • Proficient knowledge of at least one domain solution
  • Advanced knowledge of batch-related proprietary software products and system utilities 
  • Advanced debugging skills to resolve system defects and errors 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening ability)
  • Proficient in SQL and SAS programs (or in JCL /DB2)
  • Able to create analysis and test plan based on the requirement
  • Can independently work and lead clients for batch delivery
  • Having any past Alight/ Aon/ Wipro experience will add an advantage
  • Able to write SQL queries and SAS program
  • Health or retirement domain experience will give an additional advantage
