  • Process defining and development
  • Basic checking of the process adherence

Skills and Requirements:

  • B.Sc Graduate - 2020/ 2021 pass out
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Quality Assurance/ QA Strategy
  • Good articulation skills
  • Good aptitude to learn Process, Standards (ISO), or Framework (ITIL)
  • Good to have: Background in Maths or Statistics
  • Some knowledge on working with Excel or PowerPoint
  • Knowhow about what process or standard operations procedure would mean
